Description:
In July 2024, Ebony R. Gooden attended a week-long Physical Intensive Workshop led by Green Fools Theatre. This program focused on physical theatre techniques, with a particular emphasis on mask performance and non-verbal character development. Ebony’s participation allowed her to deepen her skills in physical storytelling, using these tools to enhance her work as a performer and movement artist. This experience also inspired her current projects, where she incorporates physical theatre techniques into experimental storytelling and accessibility-focused productions.
Workshop Highlights:
- Themes: Mask performance, non-verbal communication, and physical storytelling.
