Description:
The Invisible Practice Society for Deaf-Centric Creativity organized “Intentional Gatherings” to engage with key stakeholders invested in the future of the collective. These gatherings aimed to understand community needs, develop relationships, and build programming that reflects the aspirations of the Deaf arts community. The series included consultations with various groups, such as Deaf artists, the Deaf community, Deaf migrants, interpreters, the general arts community, and the Indigenous Deaf community.
As the videographer, Ebony R. Gooden was responsible for capturing the dynamic interactions and discussions during these events.
